• Student Data: Name, father/guardian name, class, contact number, and monthly fee (added by the school).
• Staff Data: Name, role, qualification, CNIC, phone, salary, and joining date.
• Academic Data: Attendance records, exam marks, report cards, and fee payments.
• Usage Data: Login timestamps, IP addresses, and browser type.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the School ERP service.
• Allow schools to manage their students, staff, fees, attendance, and exams.
• Send verification emails and important service notifications.
• Improve our software and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations.

All student, staff, and academic data added to School ERP belongs to the respective school. We act as a service provider and do not sell, share, or use this data for any purpose other than operating the service.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use HTTPS for all communications and apply strict Firestore Security Rules to ensure that one school cannot access another school's data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Data may be shared only:

• With your consent.
• To comply with legal requirements.
• With trusted service providers (Firebase, Cloudflare) who help us operate the platform.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account, contact us, and we will delete all your data within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your data.
• Export your data (available through the Export feature).
• Withdraw consent at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

Student data is added by schools with parent/guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children.
